Minal Karanwal, born on April 6, 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, assigned to the Maharashtra cadre. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Delhi. Currently, she serves as the Project Director at Mumbai for the Nanaji Deshmukh Krishi Sanjivanee Project (POCRA).
