Milind P. Shambharkar, born on December 4, 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 Maharashtra cadre. He holds an M.A. degree from Nagpur University. Currently, he serves as the Chief Officer of the Mumbai Building Repairs and Reconstruction Board (MHADA) since February 23, 2024. Throughout his career, he has held key positions including District Collector, Commissioner, and CEO. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration of Maharashtra.
