Milind N. Borikar, born on 17 September 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, serving in the Maharashtra cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Currently, he is the Chief Officer at Mumbai, a position he has held since 30 September 2022. He is associated with the Repairs and Reconstruction Board of MHADA. Milind N. Borikar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
