Milind Dharmrao Ramteke, born on October 2, 1975, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 batch, Tripura cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. degree from Amravati University. Currently serving as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises since May 28, 2025, Ramteke has held various positions including District Magistrate, Private Secretary to Minister of State, Mission Director, Commissioner, Additional Secretary to Chief Minister, Municipal Commissioner, and Chief Executive Officer. He received the Prime Minister's Award for Excellence in Public Administration in 2017-18 for implementing the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojna in West Tripura District
