Milind Bapna, born on November 21, 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2017 batch, Gujarat cadre. He holds a Master of Business Laws from the National Law School of India and a B.Com. from MLS University. Currently, he serves as the Municipal Commissioner at Anand since January 3, 2025, in the Municipal Corporation department. His previous roles include District Development Officer, Deputy Secretary to Government, Assistant Secretary, Under Secretary to Government, and Assistant Collector. Milind is proficient in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
