Mihir Kumar Singh, born on January 5, 1968, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 Bihar cadre. He holds a Master of Public Administration in Economics from Columbia University, New York, and a Master of Arts in English. Currently, he serves as the Development Commissioner at Bihar, a position he has held since November 30, 2025. Throughout his career, he has held the role of Additional Chief Secretary multiple times. Proficient in English and Hindi, Mihir Kumar Singh continues to serve in the IAS with dedication.
