Meharban Singh Bisht, born on June 11, 1970, is a 2016 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Uttarakhand cadre. He holds an M.Sc. and a Ph.D. Currently, he serves as the Additional Secretary in the Energy Department of Uttarakhand. Previously, he has held the position of District Magistrate. He is actively serving in the IAS.
