Meharban Singh Bisht, born on June 11, 1970, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, serving in the Uttarakhand cadre. He holds an M.Sc. and a Ph.D. Currently, he is the Additional Secretary in the Energy Department of Uttarakhand. Previously, he has served as a District Magistrate. Mr. Bisht continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Uttarakhand in his ongoing service.
