Megh Raj, born on July 5, 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 batch, Punjab cadre. He has served in various capacities including Deputy Commissioner from June 8, 2009, to July 31, 2010, Special Secretary, and Under Secretary. He held the position of Director of Census Operations in the Land Revenue Department. Megh Raj is a graduate and has contributed to the administrative framework of Punjab during his tenure.
