Md. Nayyer Iqubal, born on 15 February 1966, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 Bihar cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in History. During his career, he served as Director and later as Special Secretary in the Food and Consumer Protection Department, Bihar, from 7 September 2024 to 28 February 2026.
