Md. Nayyer Iqubal, born on 15 February 1966, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 Bihar cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in History. During his career, he served in various capacities including Director and Special Secretary. Most recently, he was the Special Secretary in the Food and Consumer Protection Department, Bihar, from 7 September 2024 to 28 February 2026.
