Md Haris Sumair, born on 31 March 1997, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2021 batch, Karnataka cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Visveswaraiah Technological University. Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Ballari, Karnataka, in the Zilla Panchayat department since 21 February 2025. Prior to this role, he was the Deputy Project Director. He continues to be in service, contributing to the administrative framework of Karnataka.
