Mayur K Mehta, born on November 21, 1970, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 Gujarat cadre. He holds a Master of Technology in Environmental Engineering from the University of Baroda and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil. Currently, he serves as the Director of Civil Supplies and Ex-officio Joint Secretary in the Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department at Gandhinagar since January 1, 2024. His previous roles include Member Secretary and Supernumerary Additional Collector. He is proficient in Gujarati and continues to serve in the IAS.
