Mayur Dixit, an IAS officer of the 2013 batch from the Uttarakhand cadre, currently serves as the District Magistrate of Tehri Garhwal since July 1, 2023. Born on December 3, 1987, he holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kanpur, an MBA in Management from IIM Bangalore, and a PG Diploma in Environmental Laws from the National Law School of India. His previous roles include District Collector and Magistrate, Chief Development Officer, Joint Magistrate, and Assistant Secretary. He has received several awards, including the Digital India Awards 2022 and the Chief Minister Excellence & Good Governance Award 2020.
