Mayanglambam Rajkumar Singh, an IAS officer of the 2015 batch from the Manipur cadre, holds a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from IIT Bombay, Mumbai, and an M.A. from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
