Mayanglambam Rajkumar Singh, an IAS officer of the 2015 batch from the Manipur cadre, holds a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from IIT Bombay, Mumbai, and an M.A. from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He completed his Public Management training at LBSNAA. Currently serving as Deputy Commissioner, Singh has demonstrated dedication and leadership in his role. Born on 07/01/1992, he continues to make valuable contributions to the administrative service, upholding the principles of integrity and efficiency in his work.
