Masud Hasan, born on 26 February 1951, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 batch, Bihar cadre. During his career, he held several key positions including Labour Commissioner, District Collector and Magistrate, Director, and Managing Director. His most recent appointment was as Labour Commissioner at Patna, Bihar, serving from 18 January 2011 to 28 February 2011. Throughout his tenure in the Labour Department and other administrative roles, Hasan contributed to the governance and administration of Bihar state.
