Mast Ram Meena, born on June 6, 1968, is a 1996 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Jharkhand cadre. He holds an M.Sc. and postgraduate qualifications. Currently serving as a Member of the Revenue Council, Jharkhand since February 11, 2026, he has previously held the position of Principal Secretary. Proficient in English and Hindi, Mast Ram Meena continues to contribute to public administration within the state.
