Masanda Magdalin Pertin, born on 25 December 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, serving in the Assam Meghalaya cadre. She holds a B.A. Honours degree in Political Science from Delhi University. Currently, she is the Joint Secretary in the Finance Department of Assam, a position she has held since 26 December 2025. Previously, she served as a District Commissioner. Ms. Pertin is proficient in Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
