Manvesh Singh Sidhu, born on 15 October 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2004 Punjab cadre. He holds an M.Sc. and an M.B.A. Currently, he serves as the Divisional Commissioner at Ropar, Punjab, a position he assumed on 11 December 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various roles including Special Secretary, Secretary, Principal Secretary to the Deputy Chief Minister, Deputy Collector, Commissioner, and Administrative Secretary. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Punjab.
