Manuj Jindal, born on December 1, 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, Maharashtra cadre. He holds a B.Com. in Finance from the University of Virginia and an M.A. in Public Management from JNU Delhi. Currently, he serves as the District Collector at Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, a position he has held since October 7, 2025. His previous roles include Chief Executive Officer, Assistant Collector and Sub-Divisional Officer, Assistant Secretary, and Joint Managing Director. Manuj Jindal continues to serve in the IAS with a focus on administrative responsibilities in Maharashtra.
