Manuj Goyal, born on December 7, 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, serving in the Uttarakhand cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay. Currently, he is the Additional Secretary in the Rural Department, a position he assumed on November 21, 2023. Proficient in English and Hindi, Manuj Goyal continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
