Mantri Mourya Bharadwaj, born on 22 July 1993, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2022 batch, serving in the Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech degree. Currently, he is the Joint Collector at Sri Satya Sai District, Andhra Pradesh, a position he has held since 8 October 2025. Prior to this, he served as a Sub Collector. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
