Mansi Nimbhal, born on January 31, 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, Odisha cadre. She holds a B.Tech. degree from Delhi University. Currently, she serves as the Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government at Odisha in the Department of Mission Shakti since February 6, 2026. Throughout her career, she has held various positions including Additional Secretary, Director, and Managing Director. Mansi is proficient in English and Hindi. She continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
