Mansi Nimbhal, born on January 31, 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2010 batch, Odisha cadre. She holds a B.Tech. degree from Delhi University. Currently, she serves as the Commissioner-cum-Secretary to the Government at Odisha in the Department of Mission Shakti since February 6, 2026. Her previous roles include Additional Secretary and Director. Fluent in English and Hindi, Mansi Nimbhal continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Odisha.
