Manoranjan Mishra, born on June 1, 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 batch, Odisha cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Financial Advisor Director, Inspector General, Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, and Secretary. His most recent position was Secretary at the Board of Revenue, Odisha, from April 30, 2009, to May 31, 2010. Throughout his career, Mishra contributed to the administrative framework of Odisha before retiring from service.
