Manoj Kumar Srivastava, born on August 1, 1955, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Physics and a postgraduate degree in Sociology. Over his career, he served in various capacities including Additional Secretary, Principal Secretary, Secretary, Chairman and Managing Director, Director, Commissioner, District Collector and Magistrate, Deputy Development Commissioner, Joint Secretary, and Sub-Divisional Officer. His most recent position was Departmental Enquiry Commissioner in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department from August 27, 2012, to July 31, 2015.
