Manoj Kumar Singh, born on 25 July 1965, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds graduate and postgraduate degrees in Agriculture. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, District Magistrate, District Collector and Magistrate, Chief Development Officer, Joint Secretary, Director, Commissioner, Special Secretary Director, Principal Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary, Chief Secretary UP, and Chairman. His most recent designation was CEO at Uttar Pradesh from 15 November 2025. He was associated with the State Transformation Commission and is proficient in English and Hindi.
