Manoj Kumar Sahoo, an IAS officer of the 2006 batch from the AGMUT cadre, was born on August 7, 1979. He holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture from Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology, Bhubaneswar, and an M.Sc. in Agriculture from Junagadh Agricultural University. Currently, he serves as the Private Secretary to the Chief Minister of Odisha since January 5, 2025. His previous roles include Deputy Election Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Director, Deputy Secretary, Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, Managing Director, and Deputy Collector & SDM. He is proficient in English and Oriya.
