Manoj Kumar Rai, born on April 3, 1971, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2014 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.A. in History from the University of Delhi. Currently, he is the Special Secretary at the Civil Defence and Political Pension Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh, a position he has held since December 12, 2022. Prior to this, he served as Director. Manoj Kumar Rai continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration of Uttar Pradesh.
