Manoj Kumar, born on April 1, 1971, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. Currently, he holds the position of Secretary at PRAYAGRAJ in the U.P. Education Services Commission, a role he assumed on July 13, 2024. Throughout his career, he has served as Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh, as well as Chairman of IIDC. He continues to be an active member of the Indian Administrative Service.
