Manoj Kumar, born on March 6, 1968, is a 2012 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He is currently serving as the Additional Commissioner at Bareilly since July 22, 2024. Previously, he held the position of Chief Secretary. Throughout his career, Manoj Kumar has been actively engaged in administrative roles within the Uttar Pradesh government. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
