Manoj Kumar, born on February 2, 1954, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds graduate and postgraduate degrees in History. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Divisional Commissioner, Commissioner, Secretary, Director, Vice Chairperson, Joint Secretary, Joint Development Commissioner, Joint Director, and Executive Magistrate. His most recent position was Principal Secretary in the Rural Development and Rural Engineering Service Department from March 21, 2011, to February 28, 2014.
