Manoj Kumar, born on 10 February 1979, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2006 batch, Jharkhand cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree from IIT Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Secretary in the Rural Development Department of Jharkhand. Throughout his career, he has held the position of Secretary. Fluent in English and Hindi, Manoj Kumar continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Jharkhand.
