Manoj Kumar, born on 16 October 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2007 batch, Bihar cadre. He holds a B.A. in Economics and is proficient in English and Hindi. Throughout his career, he has served as District Collector and Magistrate, Deputy Development Commissioner and CEO, Sub-Divisional Officer, Secretary, and Divisional Commissioner. Currently, he is the Secretary at Bihar's Panchayati Raj Department, a position he has held since 28 April 2025. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Bihar.
