Manoj Khatri, born on 10 October 1968, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2008 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.Sc. degree and has served in various capacities including Joint Chief Executive Officer, Additional Secretary, Managing Director, Collector & District Magistrate, Deputy Secretary, Chief Executive Officer, and Commissioner. As of 29 June 2024, he is serving as the Commissioner of Gwalior Division. Throughout his career, he has been associated with multiple administrative roles within the Madhya Pradesh government. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
