Manoj Atolia, born on May 3, 1966, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering. During his career, he served in various capacities including Special Secretary, Additional District Magistrate, Chief Executive Officer, Additional Executive Officer, Executive Magistrate, Assistant Collector, and was also placed On Compulsory Wait. His diverse roles reflect extensive administrative experience within the West Bengal cadre.
