Manoj Ahuja, born on 24 December 1964, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch of the Odisha cadre. He holds a B.E. and an M.B.A. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Chief Secretary of Odisha from 30 June 2024 to 31 December 2025. His extensive experience encompasses roles such as Secretary, Executive Director, Chairman, Principal Secretary, Commissioner & Secretary, Joint Secretary to Government, District Collector and Magistrate, among others. Fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Odia, Manoj Ahuja has contributed to the administration of Odisha over several decades.
