Manohar Ram, born on October 2, 1940, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch, Bihar cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities during his career. His most recent designation was District Collector and Magistrate from April 1, 1999, to October 31, 2000. He also held the position of Joint Secretary. Additionally, he worked in the Land Revenue Department as Director of Census Operations.
