Manohar Kant Kalohia, born on 25 November 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Rajasthan cadre. He holds postgraduate qualifications in Town Planning and an MBA in Business Administration, along with a graduate degree in English. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Principal Secretary, Chairman & Managing Director, Commissioner, Chief Executive Officer, Secretary, Joint Secretary, Divisional Commissioner, Director, Special Secretary, Deputy Secretary, District Collector and District Magistrate, Additional Collector, and Sub-Divisional Officer. His most recent position was Principal Secretary in the Sports and Youth Affairs Department, Jaipur, Rajasthan, from May 2012 to November 2013.
