Manmeet Kaur Nanda, born on 18 April 1973, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2000 batch from the West Bengal cadre. She holds a B.A. from Punjab University, Chandigarh, and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Fore School of Management. Currently, she serves as Joint Secretary in the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Government of India, since 10 November 2023. Her past roles include District Magistrate, Secretary, Commissioner, and Officer on Special Duty to Minister. She has received multiple awards, including the Best Electoral Practices Awards (2013, 2014, 2015) and the PM Award for Excellence in Public Administration.
