Manjul Kumar Joshi, born on December 8, 1954, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1998 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. Throughout his career, he held several key positions, including Registrar, Secretary, and Additional Secretary. His most recent role was Additional Secretary in the Science and Technology Department, serving from October 8, 2011, to December 31, 2014.
