Manju Rajpal, born on June 1, 1972, is a 2000 batch IAS officer of the Rajasthan cadre. She holds a B.A. and M.A. and is proficient in English, Hindi, and Sindhi. Currently, she serves as the Principal Secretary at Rajasthan in the Agriculture and Horticulture and Panchayati Raj (Agriculture) Department since December 25, 2025. Her past roles include Secretary to Government, Director, Deputy Secretary, Commissioner, District Collector and District Magistrate, SDO, Assistant Collector, and Principal Secretary & Registrar. She continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service with extensive administrative experience.
