Manjit Singh, born on 22 May 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 batch of the Punjab cadre. He holds a graduate degree and served in various capacities during his career. His past positions include Junior Scale and Special Secretary. Most recently, he was appointed Special Secretary in the Defence Services Welfare department, serving from 24 August 2007 to 31 May 2010.
