Manisha Rana, born on January 11, 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, Punjab cadre. She holds a B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering and an M.Sc. in Mathematics from BITS Pilani. Manisha has served as Chief Administrator during her tenure. As of January 22, 2026, she is on leave from service. She continues to be an active member of the Indian Administrative Service.
