Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, SDO, Deputy Secretary, Joint Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, Director, Special Secretary, Additional Secretary, Chief Electoral Officer, Managing Director, Principal Secretary, and Additional Chief Secretary. Her most recent position was Additional Chief Secretary in the Urban Development Department from 21 August 2015 to 31 May 2019.
