Manisha Nanda, born on 26 May 1959, is a retired IAS officer from the 1985 batch of the Himachal Pradesh cadre. She holds an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Botany. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, SDO, Deputy Secretary, Joint Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, Director, Special Secretary, Additional Secretary, Chief Electoral Officer, Managing Director, Principal Secretary, and Additional Chief Secretary. Her most recent position was Additional Chief Secretary in the Urban Development Department from 21 August 2015 to 31 May 2019.
