Manisha Mhaiskar, born on 16 March 1969, is a 1992 batch Indian Administrative Service officer from the Maharashtra cadre. She holds an LL.B. degree and is proficient in English and Marathi. Throughout her career, she has served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Deputy Commissioner, District Collector, Additional Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Commissioner, CEO, Secretary, Principal Secretary, Director General, and Additional Chief Secretary and Chief Project Officer. Since 2 February 2026, she has been serving as the Additional Chief Secretary in the Home Department of Maharashtra. She continues to be an active member of the Indian Administrative Service.
