Manish Singh, born on 15 December 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Currently, he serves as the Principal Secretary in the Technical Education, Skill Development and Employment Department of Madhya Pradesh since 5 August 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Deputy Secretary to Government, Commissioner, Secretary, and Additional Secretary. Manish Singh continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the governance and administration of Madhya Pradesh.
