Manish Singh, born on March 16, 1971, is a 1997 batch IAS officer of the Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds degrees in B.E. Instrumentation, B.E., and LL.B. Currently, he serves as the Commissioner in the Department of Public Relations, Madhya Pradesh, a position he assumed on February 16, 2026. Throughout his career, he has held various roles including Principal Secretary, Assistant Collector, Joint Secretary, District Collector, and Additional Secretary among others. Proficient in English and Hindi, Manish Singh continues to contribute to the Indian Administrative Service in his ongoing tenure.
