Manish Rastogi, born on 20 October 1970, is a 1994 batch IAS officer of the Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science. Currently serving as Principal Secretary in the Finance Department since 23 August 2024, he has held various key positions including Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary to Government, Superintendent of Stamps, Commissioner, Managing Director, Secretary, Chairman & Managing Director, Coordinator, Additional Secretary, District Collector, Controller, Mission Coordinator, CEO, Divisional Officer, and SDO. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
