Manish Mishra, born on 21 August 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2015 batch, assigned to the West Bengal cadre. He holds an M.A. and M.Phil in Economics. Currently, he serves as the Special Secretary in the Home Department of West Bengal since 16 March 2026. His previous roles include District Magistrate and Additional District Magistrate. Manish Mishra continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration of West Bengal.
