Manish Mishra, born on 21 August 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2015 batch, assigned to the West Bengal cadre. He holds an M.A. and M.Phil in Economics. Currently, he serves as the Special Secretary in the Home Department of West Bengal, a position he has held since 16 March 2026. His previous roles include District Magistrate and Additional District Magistrate. Manish Mishra continues to contribute to the administrative framework of West Bengal through his service in the Indian Administrative Service.
