Manish Meena, born on 15 March 1995, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay, Mumbai. Currently, he is the Additional Executive Officer at the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, Mathura, a position he has held since 2 February 2026. Previously, he served as Chief Development Officer. Manish Meena continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to administrative functions within his cadre.
