He holds an M.B.B.S. from Rajasthan University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Health Promotion from Public Health Bangalore. Currently serving as Collector since 09/04/2025, Manish has previously held positions including Regional Commissioner of Municipalities, District Development Officer, Assistant Collector, Supernumerary Assistant Collector, and Managing Director. He is proficient in Hindi and Gujarati.
