Manish Gurwani, born on 31 July 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, Gujarat cadre. He holds a B.E. Honors in Electrical Engineering, a B.E. (Hons) in Electrical & Electronics, and an M.Sc. (Hons) in Mathematics, all from BITS Pilani. Currently, he serves as the Municipal Commissioner of Gandhidham Municipal Corporation, Gujarat, since 2 September 2025. His previous roles include Deputy Municipal Commissioner, District Development Officer, Assistant Collector, Assistant Secretary, Supernumerary Assistant Collector, and Mission Director. He is proficient in Gujarati and continues to serve in the IAS.
